At Roping Solutions, we work hard to get your gear to you quickly and in top condition. Whether you’re ordering a training dummy, ropes, or accessories, our goal is simple—fast shipping, fair policies, and clear communication every step of the way.
Shipping Policy
We ship orders Monday through Friday, excluding major holidays. Most in-stock items are processed within 1–2 business days after your order is placed. Once your order ships, you’ll receive a confirmation email with tracking information so you can follow it all the way to your door.
Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your location, package size, and selected shipping method. At this time, we ship primarily within the United States. If you’re interested in international shipping or freight options for larger equipment, please contact us before placing your order and our team will be happy to help.
For oversized items such as calf dummies or bulk orders, additional freight charges may apply. If so, we’ll contact you to confirm costs before shipping.
Returns & Exchanges
We want you to be confident in every purchase from Roping Solutions. If you’re not completely satisfied with your order, unused items in original condition may be returned within 30 days of delivery for a refund or exchange.
To start a return, please email us call 541-405-6850 with your order number and reason for return. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item arrived damaged or defective.
Custom or special-order items—including ropes built to specific lengths, diameters, or with customized breakaway setups—may not be eligible for return unless there is a manufacturing defect.
